Dealvo is not responsible for business outcomes, revenue, or customer turnout.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your login secure
  • Not share your account
  • Not misuse the platform
  • Not upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content

Dealvo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscription & Billing

Starter Plan

Free. No credit card required. One Starter account per physical business (store phone and location). Duplicate free accounts may be merged or suspended.

Growth & Unlimited

Monthly subscription. Billed automatically. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

Generated Content

Dealvo generates cinematic ads, variations, regenerations, and templates.

You own your business content.

Dealvo owns the AI-generated ad templates and underlying technology.

Limitation of Liability

Dealvo is not liable for:

Lost revenueCustomer turnoutBusiness performanceThird-party issuesService interruptions

Dealvo is provided “as is.”

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, non-payment, or violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
